Hello,
I work for a regional television station. We want our system of PC to Mac - of Pinnale to redenominate FinalCut. All attempts from FinalCut a broadcast mpeg2 convert to fail, because the films all Jerkiness (every few seconds increases the Picture).
What settings do I need to make (the compressor), or in what format should I export the movie?
Is there a program that Quicktime movies (the shakes are not!) A converts mpg without too much loss?

Salut Caro,
this phenomenon is unknown. The encoder in Compressor delivers optimal Mpeg2, with the variable bit rate and compression using markers from Final Cut Pro can be precisely adjusted. Even the simple preset
DVD 60 min, best quality (the presets can edit and save as a new requirements) already provides a good result. Without further information, the problem can not be his.

Have tried to continue, unfortunately without success. If I have a mpeg2 export - the sound is missing me.
Can you give me maybe the settings you mention would make?
The preset DVD 60min best quality I have not.

Right. There are 90 minutes. The presets you change as you double click on it do, it displays a settings window, and you can save the new preset.
As synonymous always what you need is a multiplexed stream, so that the sound with this is therefore a VOB, but no denomination has 1GB. The question was ever asked and successfully answered synonymous, but I have to work, and you can do now is not raussuchen. So I give the next question.

Salut Caro,
a Mpeg2 transport stream including MPEG audio, as you need it most, with Compressor, you can create as follows:
1. Editing an existing preset by double-clicking it.
2. In the Info window now appears the far right tab "Tools" button.
3. Here is the last checkbox "multiplex" box.
