Whenever I use the camcorder (DCR-HC 94E) s.meinen pc (via Firewire) connected, a choppy noise when windows would recognize a device, but it is doing nothing on the screen. It came to me after I had rebuilt my burner, and had windows reinstalled. Can someone help me? for firewire but normally you need drivers or not?
Would be very very grateful for a reply.

What have you out without having to try?

I have the following things out:
3. Virus scanner (or other program) running in the background (did not)
4. The hard drive is heavily fragmented (I've never defragmented)
5. Not enough free space on the hard drive (insgsamt about 200 GB of free disk space)
6. Inappropriate Capture Software (formerly has already worked with movie maker)
8. DirectX version is not current (the latest hab)
10. DV connector s.Camcorders defective (went so far and is always synonymous recognized by the pc)

I can well imagine that you Your problem is very busy and that you therefore synonymous a little (!) Are irritated. But that is no reason, so harsh on (m) a correction to react.
