I have an Express Card on eBay found (unfortunately from HongKong). As is that it is synonymous for ExpressCard54. (Compliant with ExpressCard/34 and ExpressCard/54 interface)

According to the card vendor supports Firewire 400, so the otherwise synonymous firmly installed in computers variant. You will therefore find no difference, since DV camcorders typically only have Firewire 100 users.
