Frage von Tacki de Lez:Hello.
I have a clip from Final Cut Pro into the Flash format bring. If I
File> Export> QUICKTIME CONVERSION WITH> Format: Flash Video (FLV) on the options then Flash 8 (medium quality) selecting, hangs like Final Cut Pro export to s.Anfang. I've tried a few times now, each with different settings.
Now I have to enjoy the same with Flash 7 (medium quality) and tried it works well.
Do I have to export the Flash 8 or what have installed in addition?
Or running around the workflow different? Via Compressor is synonymous yes no direct export.
Sorry, but I am still new to Final Cut Pro - maybe somebody has an idea?
Gruss - Tacki.

Do you have Flash installed? I have no via Quicktime conversion FLV. I did not have Flash installed, but guess times that this is due to my old installation comes from Premiere Pro? Bin Switch.
How exportierst You then into Flash format. Probably not directly from Final Cut Pro out?
Antwort von PowerMac:
That is, yes. There is no Flash export from Final Cut or Quicktime. In order to create FLVs, you need to buy software. About the On2 Flix or in a package with Episode Pro. (If you have Episode Pro, you can directly synonymous Compressor via Flash files.) You have probably one of the old Flash installation still remains in the system, the Final Cut Pro probably somehow sees, but far are incompatible and therefore synonymous not work.
Antwort von Axel:
Another case for
Mpeg Streamclip: Exporting to other formats> (pop-down menu)
Flash video.

Hello.
Here's a short update and correction.
I noticed that Final Cut Pro when exporting, although it behaves as if it is suspended in the "emergency exit dialog is with Final Cut Pro governs not" .. we observed, however, the spent (Flash) file, then we find that although this is written. Yesterday I did that then longer wait times and there was actually a usable flash file out. Very strange, because during the whole time Final Cut Pro no longer usable, that is, one sees only the beginning Beach Ball and later if the rendering is addressed by the file is written, it looks normal again.
@ Axel: The detour via MPEG Streamclip (with base DV PAL), I have tested synonymous, but the quality is not directly exported file s.das ran.
Grüsse-Tackie.

Flash export directly from Final Cut Pro was previously available only with the Flix Exporter PlugIn possible (I do every day, works great ...)
FCS2 but now it has directly implemented, if I remember correctly ...(?)
Antwort von PowerMac:
No..

FCS2 but now it has directly implemented, if I remember correctly ...(?) Right. The option there is. Hüpfball and everything. For a 6 minute video (or HDV), 5 hours Render time prospect. I canceled. The first few seconds, however, looked good.
QT Pro to export as Flash synonymous.
Antwort von PowerMac:
In FCS2, there is no Flash encoder.
It is only if you have installed Adobe Flash Flix or via plug-in. And then from Final Cut Pro only via Quicktime conversion. This is then in principle from any program that offers Quicktime conversion.
