I'm very happy to GameVideos. My current "project" we are a World of Warcraft Movie. But the only s.Rande.
I'm looking for the video need 2 special effects.
1. I'm looking for a effect, filter or the like with which I in a part of the video, the image edges can be blurred all round.
It will look like in the end as in a "dream".
2. I have a search Effect, with which I am the Picture "aublitzen" can be.
This does not look like a strobe, but just to be used for transitions in the first place. The Effect I mean Can a Picture of the center her "long" flashes. Stop the background prominently in the music.
I hope I was able to reasonably convey to understand what I mean. I hope someone can help me. Schonma Thanks ;-)

Both of you can solve with visors or masks (if I understood correctly)
Make an iris aperture, but you do not finish, it remains the dark side. Depending on the fading (tja as it is called) percentage you yourself can determine how much the picture has this edge. The fuzzy rule you about the soft edge. In order to have it in black you should not have another video stream in the blend have time or use a black color surface.
You could make the flash geneauso, only that you here either
