Frage von djoesch:Hello everybody!
Has anyone of you experience with the hard disk recorder DR-HD100, together with the JVC GY-HD201E, or with one of the JVC camera series?
My problem:
I had to Zunächsteinmal Camera and HD recorder, a new firmware upgrade to make.
This supposedly the HD100 in 1080i mode recording.
But he does not.
It depends on the camera the error message:
HDD NO 1394 Signal "
If I were in 720p mode to record, then it will go.
It is important to me - that I can record without the cassette deck
speaking. This is in some way, despite the message "NO TAPE"
But, I press the VTR button that starts the recorder s.aufzunehmen, the repeated pressing VTR does not stop it, but starts a new file s.and "recordet" next.
Probably needs to be ...
More importantly to me, however, that he in 1080i mode recording,
because,
what needs to 1080i Camera, if they do not relate to tape, even on HD stations ...
Would appreciate some info,
liebe Grüße,
Daniel

I work not with the DR-HD100, but with a Fire doors FS4 Pro HD. The JVC is so synonymous part of Fire Doors in any event can be found on the Support Page of Focus Enhancement corresponding updates for JVC load.
The FS4 characterized signals Kamcordern of 1080i or 720p via firewire on Kamkordern. Since the GY-HD201 720p delivers on the hard drive an m2t file with 720p recorded. You can not switch the camera to 1080i.
I myself work uswith of the GY-DV5000 and FS4 Pro HD. Is the hard drive in sync mode, it responds to the commands of the pressure VTR button. It depends on the signals of the respective Kamkorders whether the sync-mode. The hard drive is in manual recording so that whenever you press the record button a new file is created. Will you stop the recording, you need to twice the stop button press (for the first time, only to pause). Whether the HD201 to the sync-mode executes correctly, I can not judge.

Thank you for your reply.
The latest firmware I have, as I said, for both, Camera and HD100 (Fire Doors) Requirements.
In the Camera menu, I can probably switch to 1080i, the menu shows it to me then synonymous equal, that this mode is not on tape can be added.
Have I connected the Firestore/HD100 (Firewire) and hit the recording mode in 1080i mode of the camera, the camera shows me an error message
HDD NO 1394 Signal "
and the Firestore/HD100 is not on.
That is the main problem.

The camera can
not be in 1080i mode, but only off:
Both the live signal as synonymous
the 720p/25/50 HDV recordings are
576/50i and as even as heraufskaliertes
1.080/50i ausspielbar. Thanks 1.080/50i-
Output is the JVC for live broadcasts
So with "real" cameras 1.080i
mix and synchronize. Perhaps this is the problem?
If you live in the 1080i signal is off, you can go on the hard drive in manual mode for recording moving?
