This jump arises when the distance between the target point + the position of the camera is too close.
2 possibilities => either the Camera away next - usually not as thrilling. Or you need to see the target very far back in the Z-axis basket. And then animating virtually opposite. Is a bit tricky. So, Camera fly over (now you would not see anything on the other), but at the same time, the target point with almost the same speed forward animated ...
