Frage von Fikus:Hello,
have a 16:9 AVI with Adobe Premiere Pro to DVD in 16:9 output. When rendering the defaults were accepted, only the bit rate was increased to 8000. Problem: While LCD or plasma units, the 16:9 aspect ratio auto detect TV tube may have different equipment that is not, but zooming the picture to 4:3. If you want to switch to manual to 16:9, the zoomed image, only the picture is squashed. If the same AVI with Pinnacle rendered, there are no problems with the formats. Do I have something from the note defaults or is this a general problem?

While LCD or plasma units, the 16:9 aspect ratio auto detect TV tube may have different equipment that is not, but zooming the picture to 4:3. This is not with the nature of the television together (or flat-tube device), but with the picture format (16:9 or 4:3). I would assume that the flat-screen televisions were all 16:9-devices and the CRT TVs 4:3-models.
This leads us to the (likely) cause: The DVD player has a setup menu that you usually only at the initial start-up call - if at all. There must be specified. which formats the connected television and what has differing formats to DVD to be made.
Currently there seems to 'Pan & Scan "to be set so that the 16:9-Picture left and right truncated. Body instead mal "letterbox" a.

Thanks, Mark
there must be another cause, which with Adobe to do. Because the DVD player to purchase DVDs, or of me DVDs with Pinnacle rendered correctly in 16:9 again.
Settings for rendering:
PAL 720x576
Field order: lower
Pixel ratio: 16:9
CBR 8000
GOP Settings:
M-frame 3
M-Frames 12
I must change something?

Professional in DVD authoring programs can output the image of my knowledge, influence, thus making that setup setting the DVD player is being circumvented. With Premiere Elements should hardly be possible and your above settings are correct insofar as synonymous.

Thanks Mark,
you're right, it was s.Setup the DVD player. Unusually it with Pinnacle (as inferior program), this problem does not exist. As I go back and DVDs for friends or clients is to create a little annoying to note that they may receive the settings of their players need to review.
Thanks again, have really helped.
