Frage von Regine:Welcome to the forum ;-),
I have a huge problem because now I have my project for a short film festival had finished, but unfortunately not with PP2.0 really get on DVD.
My Project is a 16:9 widescreen (1.422) filmed and consequently created.
When the output (Export -> output on DVD) I "PAL DV 16:9 High Quality 7 1-Pass" from.
My problem: I have now s.mehreren DVD players (all the "automatic format detection" set) viewed the film, but unfortunately, no player will switch to auto correct. The picture appears in 4:3 with black letter boxes and the right and the left is the picture cropped.
Only when I use the manual player to 16:9 widescreen RESTRICT, everything works properly.
Can the DVD still a "signal" mitgeben which the player notifies the proper format?
I make myself totally crazy now that the film festival on the player to "auto" is set and my film correctly shows net! Please help me.

Then select the Auto of the DVD player appears to be a slightly larger setting, so the black bars are not as thick fail. My DVD player, then select auto letterbox, when a 4:3-Television is connected.
Can the DVD still a "signal" mitgeben which the player notifies the proper format? This "signal" (PAR = Pixel Aspect Ratio) on the DVD is already included. Otherwise, knew the DVD player not even, with what format it has to do. Only has no influence on the display, the DVD player selects. Mir is synonymous not known that this would affect.

Otherwise, set just a short notice prior to your video as a DVD player is set when a 4:3-Television is connected to it. ;-)
