Hi,
I am one of the many people who have taken since the open source release of Light Works program. Now I've been to some extent with the program set apart, but if I'm not completely blind, it is under the effects not something you can change the frame rate to make such ne-lapse recording.
I read that Lightworks nevertheless supports After Effects Plugins and therefore the question: Is there a free plugin (that is really free, not one, that somewhere on it paints an x) that gives me this feature?

So, according to my research it seems probably not too many free plugins to provide for that.
However, I have discovered a function in which you can change, at least for the entire clip, the frame rate. Simply click on the button Advanced - click in the timeline - just next to the Effect button. The percentage indicates the speed.
Although synonymous here would have required an adjustment over several keyframes, but this is already something ...
