Frage von eagle72:Dear Forum Users,
I am looking to replace my long-serving and well Canon MV600. I am surprised that it only gives almost HD cams that cost a little more than SD.
Lack of appropriate computer hardware (! 2GB/Stunde for film as my HW from great) I will probably only make either the same as SD recordings - or it can just depend on how my hardware with AVCHD (in low data rate) gets along.
My HW: IP4, 2.66 GHz, 2GBRam, AGP Graphics (will be expanded to 128MB of 1GB), I have not synonymous Full HD Television (good old tube - who knows how long ...)
Actually, clear case for SD-cam.
BUT:
I have noticed is many Youtube videos as test (
that synonymous with a representation of half the resolution of an SD to a HD Cam the difference more clearly seen than (Detailschärfe!). Why is that I do not understand - but no preference.
So my 2 questions:
1) Will I actually better (Sharper Detail) result in PAL when I with an HD cam (instead of SD) movies.
2) If so: Is this the case when I synonymous (eg according to Sony, the full sensor used synonymous when recording in MPEG (PAL.) Receiving the same in SD is converted directly to the action) - or only when I with HD. Material Calculator on my transformation at the interface (and he practically has to render HD footage)
Moreover, I choose between Panasonic HDC-SDX1 or SonyHDR-CS115. In the latter impressed me the color fastness to the shortcoming of lack of opt. Image stabilizer.
Many thanks in advance
(I have been saved thanks to a response from this forum by the way already Release Money - when I was informed of a warranty extension of my old Canon MV600 Thanks again!!)

For you, the SonyCX115 is made like that. A SD and HD video camera in one device. And what the CX115 s.SD spits out, really is top notch.
If queue over time even a new PC and a new TV (nothing lasts forever), you can switch to HD, the CX115 easy and ready. With your PC HD is not there, there's probably not even the pure play of HD possible.

Hello
Thank you for the first time for the purchase recommendation (although I've heard of a Sony employee that the result with a new SD-cam is better than with a full HD just like the CX115)
I ask yet - can anyone answer my two questions posed at the beginning - would be really very grateful! Thank you!

Your questions:
1) There are no more details in the Picture - SD is SD. However, one has the feeling that the Picture finer resolution. This is usually through the scaling down of HD to SD, which can result from the software often produce better results than the camera it makes.
In addition, we have here has the advantage that compression artifacts are created in the coding in the camcorder can be reduced by scaling down or completely disappear.
2) See point 1 Scaling down is still the better option. The image quality directly in SD for example, can suffer from compression artifacts.
