Hi @ all,
I film soon and have a festival, of which DVDs to be pressed and for sale.
The organizers, I personally know, unfortunately, is in agreement with the bands, but not by creating a DVD.
Is it now, if I have written authorization from ORGANIZERS hole (synonymous to me about the sound from the mixer is available) or where I have a permit of the bands have?
After the shooting and DVD sale is specifically allowed by the organizer

You have to be for each piece, then what is played, the right to use consent from the publisher. But most want to license fees. Simple it is, of course, when the band plays only selbstkomponierte play, then you may directly allow. In general, it is not economically interesting, such projects on their own account to realize, because costs and benefits in a very bad relationship.
