Good evening Slashcam forum
I want to press a DVD and need this exemption to Vervielfähltigung for the factory.
Pressed to be 500 DVD's, 4.7 GB DVD5, 16 / 9, 122 min, PAL.
The artist is from Ireland and not a member of Gema, but as far as I understand I must register as such, the DVD anyway.
Now to my questions:
1. Where can I get the application form for the DVD? The homepage of the GEMA I do not find the right.
2. How do I report the DVD s.besten s.so I can do without large payments?
3. The artist is registered in Ireland, I do not know exactly where ... something with IMA or so ... but I found nothing on the internet to do so.
Do I need the DVD synonymous in Ireland?
4. What do I have to respect furthermore to refrain from future problems. What are your experiences during the registration and publication of a DVD?

seek first) from the music copyright holder a confirmation that you are allowed to publish the music and it is not a member of the GEMA.
2) The GEMA download the form and fill out: Application for a DVD (or similar)
3) perform the individual pieces in the Appendix with title naming and playing time on the DVD.
4) Submit
5th) wait about a week and then you've got the letter of the GEMA, to the pressing plant needs.
Everything totally easy!

Apparently, the forms were changed again. That here it would be:

You can call a precaution but synonymous times there. At least in Munich I was helped always very nice next.
