And the GEMA freedom then subsequently certifies was synonymous.

My request to the GEMA revealed: "If in the database, that is subject to licensing."

Important in this context is synonymous whether the music in the mechanical sense (ie DVD ...) or performance purposes (including synonymous Internet) is used. Here is assessed differently according to GEMA.

themselves have just seen that in 80% of all smart sound-cds lately is that they are everywhere right freely, except in Germany, Austria and the Swiss tja ... look what sound smart to say.
