I've already tried in another forum. I want my recordings via i-link on my calculator pay for. I have XP-2, the camera is brand new. When I turn on the camera, there's an audible signal on the calculator, but I can think of a notice that the camera was recognized. Watts nu?

The HC1 / 3 is detected in the Control A / V tape device if you have XP SP2 installed, and the device is via firewire s.den PC. So check me, what is there.
Testing may be the correct control / the Catur easily with the freeware-tool HDV Split - by seeing whether the with the camcorder (in HDV mode can).

Phew, now I get videos on the calculator. You have to activate the i-Link Conversion HDV - DV. I just have not Solve the Problem cassettes. (This is now considered not as a double posting)

That is correct. It should however be synonymous possible to pay for HDV if you want to capture on tape again afterwards. I have to deal with the Movie Maker a bit more. But it is well possible, as Oliver said, that MM can not HDV.
