I have a HV30 (HD) from the U.S. import.
In the U.S. there is usually only camcorder NTSC, PAL Camcoder the same cost much more than here.
My question is, where is the difference in the HD camcorder NTSC and PAL?
I want the camcorder to the TV does not connect, but always do all the movies and then burn to DVD.
I have a device with an NTSC disadvantages?
Or put differently, what is the advantage of PAL?
Would still save around 150 euros. Worth it?
