Frage von pezzi:Dear Forum
I hope that here in the forum with my questions correctly'm repealed.
The following request I have received:
HD footage (Canon HV-20, with clips about 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. seconds) to flash clips in 410 x 640 format change.
The whole thing should be of high quality (Assuming that goes on ;-), though more about this ...)
Now to my way ...
When the sifting of the raw data showed directly the first problem.
In eg Quicktime Pro 7.x will give me a white screen displayed. Ushi After several searches in the forum, I have with the program ffmpegX to the material encodes MP4/H.264. Other encodings until 4:12 DivX not brought the desired result ...
The MP4 movie, I then Flah with the CS3 Video Encoder to convert to a FLV (High Quality 700 Kbps, On2 VP6) Furthermore, I was able to direct the movie about "Crop and Resize" to bring the desired format.
About Flash CS I then imported the FLV player and with a skin provide. Save and done.
Is my approach as accurate or are errors in the workflow? How can I get a better quality result?
Possibly. the films must still be processed in color, or retouched (single image) are. Photoshop is because the right choice, or go in the direction of the aftermarket Effecs, motion, etc.?
The following software is currently available to me:
- Adobe CS3 Premium WebEdition
- Final Cut Express HD 3.5
- Quicktime Pro 7.x
The following question to FCE. Can I have a custom format for a movie? Ideally, the size determination is not in the Flash Encoder.
In my questions to see, I am newbie in the subject.
Hope you bring me on the right track.
Thanks in advance.

(...) How can I get a better quality result? (...) Clip with MPEG Streamclip (free!) To the desired size Resize (s.besten 1 / 4 or 1 / 8 as a factor). A better format to use (ie, of HDV to 8 bit uncompressed). To do this I recommend a search in finalcutpro.de forum. Is wonderful instructions in the thread configuration of MPEG Streamclip.
This uncompressed Quicktime file in which the 410 * 640 in it, which you can go into the Flash CS3 encoder. There no longer change size, just encode. Bit with the settings to play.
Do you have Money: Cleaner (quite good) or or Episode Pro Flix (best quality). The produce better Flash video as the Adobe product.
