Hello to Slashcam forum.
I have the following problem:
I cut for a friend a video together. The original material is SD-Pal. Now it has another (additional) material get in HD (1920). If I normally convert to SD, I then PAL-Wide, which together with Pal-SD is not as great looks!
Is there a program where I am from HD (not AVCHD) 4:3 material and excerpts rausrechnen can pretend to be down to 720x576 can be expected (what?)

Info here on the procedure for Premiere Pro:
HDV clip into the timeline of the DV-out project.

In Liquid works in a similar way.
In 2D-editor, there are uszwei symbols.
