Hello everybody,
since about 1 week, I try HDV directly of my HC3 to capture.
I have now all forums relating to problems with Windows XP SP2 and FireWire.
With APE 3.0 Can I use the HDV data capture, but scene-splitting (as so often described) does not work.
I did it with CapDVHS and HDVSplit tried, but in both programs will not detect the HC3 (combo-box for Choice is empty).
Question: How do I get HDVSplit with Windows XP SP2 and to run the HC3? Would any other FireWire card bring something (I have a VIA chipset with)? If yes, with which it would go?
I am for all new Tips grateful.

Drivers for FireWire again reinstalled, MS kb885222 installed and adjusted the registration.
Then HC3 in play mode and then put the cable.
Then gibg it!

Greetings Michi Hm Drivers installed? What drivers want? The subject is already in Windows. To get even Cam but have no drivers, right?
