Frage von Beatfabrikant:Slashcamgemeinde Hello!
I stand just before a purchase of an LCD TV and HDTV've still a few unanswered questions:
In what format will actually send the public / private broadcasters their material actually consists of? 720p or 1080i? Why there is 2 different formats?
Why are there so crooked as Resolutions 1440 x 1080 or 1366x768?
Since the signal must be umkonvertiert but unnecessary or additional pixels can be calculated. Fairly or cumbersome?
PS: I've used the search function, but have found nothing recent
Thank you!

The public service will be in 720p/50p-Format Send s.2009. True Progressive So what the steadiness clearly benefit. The individuals are more likely to send in 1080i, with the worst image quality of the individuals so synonymous is nothing new. ;)
1440x1080 is the standard HDV2 with 1440x1080i/50i which playback of 4:3 to 16:9 gestretcht be.
1366x768 is 16:9 - "Standard" which originated as the production of FullHD TVs years ago simply too expensive. (Are there many more crooked Resolutions such as 1024x1024, 840x480 etc.., But which no longer are.)

Why there is 2 different formats? Very good question. Something like, you can retroactively only with the historical development explain. I'm glad that at least two variants have emerged, it would have even worse may come. And your guess is zufreffend: The crooked numbers in the visible optical TVs bring disadvantages, because there is actually s.Picture herumgerechnet. You should therefore make sure to purchase a device, which the full Resolutionvon 1920 times 1080 pixels is not only signalmäßig can accept, but it shows real synonymous with it herumzumanipulieren. There are, for example, a unit of Conrad Amoi what an acceptable price may be. Therefore, my Ikegami-Dealers synonymous with a view to the recordings of Editcam HD show.
The two current HDTV models have their advantages in two different areas: Once you have more pixels (1080i), but "only" the usual 50 fields as usual at the PAL television. And at the other Resolutionhast you less pixels (720p), but but 50 full frames per second and thus more movement resolution.
Consequently, one depending on the program content to decide which variant is used. I could think that a football game with a lot more movement in 720p transfers, but a detailed nature of film in 1080i displays and rotates. What Channel is currently choose which variant, however, I know not, because I do not have private watch HDTV, I already synonymous when produced in 1080i.
Optimal would be 1080 with 50 frames, but this is currently not technically synonymous foreseen and would overwhelm all the transmission paths.
