I understand these issues are not quite the "innards" of the PCs are always the same, regardless of manufacturer.
My opinion: The best solution is likely to be an individual PC, of a specialized shop together, or of someone who is so informed. Then you can omit any frills, you do not need the complete turnkey PCs often have.
