Frage von wooky123:Hi,
Source material is 1080i HDV in Premiere Pro 2.0 geschnitten.
If I think it will output directly to DVD I get interlaced with strong streak pans.
With the Adobe Media Encoder as MPEG2 in 1440x1080, Quality 5, PAL, Picture oberes first CBR 25MBit / s, multiplexed to TS (m2t) herausrendern, I get an error message.
My goal is that I most useful material on DVD in 16:9 (with bars top and bottom) have.
I hope someone can help me, because I'm pretty long with the issue.

"I get interlaced stripes"
But this is only s.PC. The TV shows probably do not interlaced Streiff. Mach otherwise the DVD is simply progressive.
MPEG2 at 1440x1080 "
The video is not DVD compliant!
"with stripes above and below"
With Streiff Why? That would be yes 4:3 Landscape. Get the DVD just as 16:9 widescreen. Then a 16:9 TV as a full show and then 4:3 TVs make the car top and bottom bars.

Unfortunately I have still not right.
Can anyone tell me what settings I have Premiere 2.0
so I must make a reasonable 16:9 PAL DVD without getting any stripe.
Would be really important.

Tip: it is all about it in the manual and in the program help ...

and even a hint that many never consider. Always the lowest write speed to choose synonymous if the burner allows for higher rates. The best 1:1. The time you should just have. The faster burn is all the more errors (artifacts) will be added!

I have had with 4x and 6x have never been problems. We are producing tens of thousands of DVDs at 6x with our robots (with 6 burners) and have never had anywhere near synonymous complaints. We use but only Taiyo Yuden media.

Can anyone tell me what settings I have Premiere 2.0 so I need to carry a reasonable 16:9 PAL DVD without getting any stripe. First off was already written to you that your settings are not the norm of the video-DVD fit. You turn in a high resolution need for the video-DVD but generate a smaller file. It is something to consider. For me, I must, for example, of the finished film HD only have a DV50-Videomixdown in Avid, export them and make a Quicktime Reference. Only then will the half correctly coded, so that it is synonymous with DVD playback s.PC are no stripes. Correct size is as follows: 720 times 576 pixels, but 16:9 tick. Data rate not higher than 8 Mbit / s. Picture as MPEG-2 video and sound separately as WAV. After then the normal in the DVD authoring program.

What an effort. with the liquid but is simpler. LE has a very good MPEG encoder. This works without problems and good quality

What do you mean with LE (Liquid Pro?)

Antwort von Jogi:
Liquid 7.2, need not be the pro!
