Hi,
I have a problem with my Canon HG20. If I use the PC Cam s.den?, Although it is recognized of Windows (sound is played, Camera is a drive in Device Manager), but only rarely in the Windows Explorer. This means that in 90% of cases, the drive does not appear and I am so not on my videos can be accessed.
Can someone help me to fix the problem?
