Hi All,
am a novice in the Forum and had bought a HG21.
Now I have the following problem:
The switch will always appear in red, the message "application is running, do not interrupt power.
Is this normal or do I need another application of clean slept (; similar) PC?.
I always Befüchtung that I am in fact off the hard drive Crashe.
Can someone tell me what purpose. Sorry if this already in the forum what is, unfortunately, this was found at rummage nothing.

Tobi The same behavior showed my Canon HG21. No idea what the Asians have been thinking.

This means that the operating system of the camera was not shut down completely, and thus to a premature interruption of electricity supply, the file system of the hard drive may not be consistent. This could have a data loss, but has no consequences for the functioning of the hard drive.
