Hi,
I have currently a HV20 and have made several smaller things. The Camera I really do not think is bad for the things I want to do. The only thing bothers me is the lack of focus ring. With the focus to play is simply not there at the Camera. Lowlight is now synonymous not the strength of the HV20 but I could still get over (when the next camera is better but because you like).
I think now has an investment of a new camera after. So far I have envisaged as two razor: the Canon XH-A1 and the Canon XM2.
The XH-A1 is the newer but more expensive synonymous Camera (about 2800 euros). The XM2 is against something cheaper. The XH-A1 is also a few weaknesses in chromatic details. In order to compare the cameras, I always look very happy to videos on Vimeo. As for me aback, however, makes is that there is hardly any videos that are rotated with the XM2 were.
So here I wanted to ask whether there is any, to me at one or the other could advise Camera.

Hitherto always thought that an SD XM2 Mini Dv-Cam would be. Because what I have overlooked?
Otherwise, any comparison would be absolutely inadmissible.

Make you have a "Focus Stick" - so you can wonderfully small Raendelrad s.deiner hv20/30 operate ...

Stick the focus, I have already, show a very unprofessional act, when in the presence of others makes ;-)
Okay, if the XM2 SD Camera, then separates them from ever ;-)
Can someone else on my XH-A1 or recommend an alternative?

sony fx 1000 or sony z5. if you had a prior HV20, you're with a xha1 but certainly in good hands.
The XM2 is no longer worth the predecessor xha1.

What are now the most serious differences between the FX1000 and the XH-A1?
The Canon has chromatic aberrations, which in my videos out and re-noticed.
The Sonyhingeben does not have XLR, but I think you can retrofit, is not it? But is now synonymous for me sooo not important.
The display of the viewfinder FX1000 is much better and bigger.
What is it with the lenses from? They say that Canon makes the best Lenses ...
Finally there is the difference 3 - CCD (Canon) vs. 3 - CMOS (Sony) ... no big difference, right?
For the same price really a difficult decision
