I got my HV30 for the Sennheiser MKE 400 Micro Phone purchased and now have two questions:
1) The cover for the hot shoe with the HV30 is a small rubber band attached s.der Camera. This now pushes against the Microphone, which is the rubber cushioning, the microphone of the camera separates again largely neutralized. Is there any trick, for example, to attach the cover and so to solve the problem.
2) I have yet synonymous to the MKE 400 matching MZW 400 windshield worried. I wonder now if I ever leave it, or it really only should be used when the wind blows.

Easiest way: Get something on the inside with and without the windscreen on. Presumably, the difference (in theory, there is one) barely audible.
