Frage von peha:Hi,
my DVB-T Receiver "DVRT1000HDD Skymaster DVB-T" stands TV shows on the built-ATA hard drive in the (presumably) MPEG2 format. I want the records for the purpose of archiving on the PC and take over there burn DVDs. Unfortunately, the only analog receiver outputs (S-Video, RCA) - but I would like to direct / digital conversion without two DV -> AV, or AV-> DV.
Before I begin to tinker, I would like to know whether someone already has experience with a direct tap to an internal hard drive (eg via IDE-> USB adapter).
The following questions have been raised to me:
1.
corresponds to the file on the hard drive in WinXP used file systems (FAT, NTFS), ie, 'sees' the calculator with the FP?
2.
can be sent / recorded MPEG2 material unabashed with my authoring program (Ulead movie distillery) process (ie, it is compatible with the MPEG2, which I made my hand-produced videos)?
Thanks and greetings

Most HDD receivers use a proprietary file system. So you can not easily be accessed by the operating system, but needs a special software to rip the content. Whether it's something there for your receiver, I can not say. It's best you ask in a specialized forum (eg forum.digitalfernsehen.de).
Haenlein software as Manufacturer of DVR-Studio Pro (comfortable software for processing of MPEG2 Transportreams from HDD receivers and TV cards) has a list of supported receivers published your but I was not found:
# http://www.haenlein-software.com/HS/index.php?PHPSESSID=26e29cc0eff572276e5f6ce348ac7fda receiver list
I myself use an older Medion Receiver with Digenius software can and has been rebuilding the hard drive to removable disk rip the contents. There are, in the case of my receiver synonymous Ripper free, you can further process the data with Project X. However annoying the procedure to something permanent, because the rib is always an extra step in an already long chain of works (rip, demuxer, cut, author, burn). With DVR-Studio Pro would be easier, but it is too expensive.
When I start something today, which will later on DVD, I take in 99% of cases like my DVB card in the PC and not the receiver, in the way the material is on the same hard drive.
On my homepage, I have something synonymous with the subject, but is not quite up to date:
http://www.beitinger.de/sat/festplattenreceiver_auslesen.html
http://www.beitinger.de/sat/dvd_brennen.html
My Page is always based on DVB-S, but in principle should be the DVB-T with the same go.

Hello beiti,
thanks for the quick and exhaustive answer! Seems more complicated than I thought. Since I will probably eventually but for the transfer via S-video output to decide. Qualitest is about change AV in my camcorder rather well - the disadvantage of only taking in real time.

Can you recommend a device? TerraTec Cinergy DT USB XS Diversity seems to be not bad (synonymous for laptop use) - however, it cost approx. 100 Eur

I have DVB-S and use the Technisat SkyStar II (for you it would be appropriate then the AirStar 2). Is the hardware quite well, just good software you must obtain elsewhere (which I take and why, you can in the linked pages to read). I have the card already several years, meanwhile, there are possibly synonymous what better.
Since one of us in the ORF Südbayern now over DVB-T reinkriegt, I think about it, a new ticket for DVB-S and DVB-T to buy. Another argument for newer / other cards is synonymous the supplied software, which is a real added value can be.
Allegedly are some cards for Programs, with which the whole DVD workflow (record, trim, author, burn) in one go can make, ie you no longer need so many separate programs and should not be synonymous, the DVR-Studio expensive to buy. I have not yet made smart, how well these programs are and whether they really keep their promises. Unfortunately there are many pitfalls.
In any case, you should see the software ensured. A card for 40 euros is not a good purchase, if you will nochmal Euro 100 and more need for software spending.
