Sorry that I've hurt your feelings, the seller was in Media Markt and co. . It is simply a fact that there have no clue. One wonders what gets ne and stupid, unfriendly reply. The employees are not sent to training courses, etc.
at least I've still seen no store where I am good and friendly advice has been the topic of video technology.
