Hello,
the following problem:
I have the Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 HDV Plug-in installed and HDV captured material.
The first 10 seconds following the playback slowed down and then increase the playback speed of all alone: the sound is higher and the images verkrisseln. (similar to forward)
After several attempts, it is always the same rhythm: 10 sec too slow then too fast.
What could be the reason?

I can only advise you on up to CS3 - graden.
So once a week I watch a friend from my video club on the shoulder, has its premiere. Already in CS2, there were all sorts of strange effects. There has been TC-breaks, where none were, the capture had to be repeated in some cases, Picture and Sound in between were not synchronously, and a few other surprises. The presentation of the 25p mode as my A1 was, despite Canon plugins luck. That is all corrosive, but with CS3 seems to be history.
