Frage von kaja:Dear People,
for a project to create a presentation from the hundreds of photos on DVD for a 16:9 screen. Now the photos are obviously not 16:9 and I do not know what sequence settings etc I need to carry, so that the photos - so the finished film - on the TFT display properly, not stretched or with black edges. Do all of the photos previously on a 16:9 aspect ratio or pruned in Photoshop to a particular pixel ratio be? Or is there a feature in Final Cut Pro, which does after all the photos in the timeline is?
Thanks for your help!

Needless to say there is no automatic function of the crop of another aspect ratio in Final Cut Pro will do. Where is because the program know which cut you prefer?
DVDs are in the case of 16:9 anamorphic PAL Resolutionvon with a 576 x 720, the codec is Mpeg2. It would be perfectly possible, the photos in Photoshop to prepare and, as such, for a slideshow in
DVD Studio Pro to import. The advantage is that each Picture remote control could be controlled. On progressive devices, there are no problems.
In Final Cut Pro on the other hand, have to do what you previously have done in Photoshop: The imported images in a 16:9 sequence einskalieren and select the section, using the wire model in the viewer, individually, by hand. Automating the process would be only if you are above and below always had the same trim. You just have to be first adjusted Still Image (as a clip in the timeline) with apple + C Copy and whose movement attributes with Alt + V in all others. Timeline What size you choose depends Resolutionder with the photos together. DV PAL anamorphic gives you images with far greater options (keyword:>
Ken Burns). In contrast, the HDV (720 or 1080) codecs the advantage in the Mpeg2 codec to render with you for a DVD synonymous with> Compressor need to export (Mpeg2 for DVD).

Hey Axel,
1000dank for your help! But will probably lots of manual;)
Is it really in Final Cut Pro (as in PS) synonymous with the big Write button wire proportional scale model?

Is it really in Final Cut Pro (as in PS) synonymous with the big Write button wire proportional scale model? It is vice versa:
No Shift - button remains the aspect ratio is preserved,
with Shift - button distorted the scale ( "Free Transform").
