Help !!!!!
I have the Pinnacle DV 500 (Built older) in the correct order with Premiere 6.0 installed and now have the problem that the host driver (DV500 Overlay) is not recognized - can not record on hard drive.
All the other drivers as DV500E4 and DV500 1394 were easily detected.
In the Control Panel is the multimedia controller are displayed as missing.
As a driver CD, I have V.4.5 and V. 4.02 - both with me, it is not managed the multimedia controller to install. If I use the multimedia controller via the control panel and install the Calculator new start, then the DV500E4 drivers and the multimedia controller no longer exists.
My operating system is Windows XP Professional with SP 1 and 2
Please can someone help me to solve the problem - thanks in advance.

Presumably you need the 4.5a patch

Hello, I'm back - the problem still exists.
Have the 4.5a patch installed but the host driver (DV500 Overlay) is not recognized.
When you restart the calculator is looking after the drivers for the multimedia controller.

You have not specified what motherboard you're using and whether it is in the compatibility list on the card is listed.
My experiences there that go to the newer boards summarizes nothing to do.
