Hello
have my SonyDCR on-TRV20E DV (Firewire) s.den connection from the PC board
(Asus P5W DH Deluxe) and s.der Pinnacle DV500 connected Pros
and with Pinnacle Studio 10, I wanted the films to bring the PC,
but unfortunately I get only two picture but no sound,
in the synonymous and preview the movie when I spiecher.
s.der hardware so it can not lie.
Firewire can be synonymous but the sound transmitted
what can be there.

ast you wash for a soundcard? have you ever tried a video aufm computer what you have in your editing program to draw and whether you have ton there?
or let's just try and make the windows movie maker capture (as a dv-avi) and then listen again if there is ton.

Hello Tommy,
if I with the Windows Movie Maker capture, then I hear no sound while synonymous. When playing the file is saved, but everything is in order. - Since I very rarely with the WMM to do, do not bother the next. ;-)
I hear no sound synonymous (Mp3) in Pinnacle studio The MP3 compression format may be submitted to the DV editing large problems. At best it converts the audio files before importing into the video editing program to WAV (48 kHz, 16 bit).
