Some films, such as the "summer fairytale" of S. Wortmann're with
small video cameras have been rotated. What's going on technically, that
one sees in the movies no 5-mark piece big pixels??

If I understand you correctly, you're looking s.Besten for the term "interpolation" - there will be calculated when scaling to higher resolutions, the required additional pixels due to the neighboring pixels.

Theoretically, I have found a lot of interpolation.
Practically be used to the Programs?
( "Super" do not grow to more than 720 x 576.)

I was "allowed" once an amateur film without processing in a
Movies look small .. without words .. Is there anyone among us,
something like that does / did?

You can do this as in Adobe After Effects by you define one Comp in the desired final size, pick your output video and resize it to the size of Comp. Then once you render it out a bit and look how important the quality.

Upscaling works basically synonymous in any editing program that allows a timeline / comp / sequence / etc. to define the desired final size. So do not necessarily have to be AU.

You take in the fall but not mini-DV HD or HDV, then you no longer need hochscalieren so much!

"Open Water" for example, is a very successful feature film, and with perfectly ordinary DV rotated. Large parts of the "Buena Vista Social Club" (Wim Wenders) come from a tiny, from today's perspective completely indisputable 1CCD Sony DV camera, the rest is DigiBeta. There are only a handful of specialist companies in the world, one image has been output of DV or SD video on 35mm film mastered really well. Since a lot more to do than to 2K hochzublasen (not 4K).

Well you can already do that, but there is no question, of course, that the end result is still not be compared with that of a "real" camera to. Synonymous, I wonder how much it would cost such a set-off process? Gibts getting any info? It would be interesting sowas already, especially when one has only "cheap" funds available ...
