So I have to date my "movies" in WMV-HD 720/50p with 10Mbit / s exported. It looks (to me) a lot better than eg mpeg2 1080i with 25MBit / s. Since the hard-Poppi Player (Popcorn-Hour) but now BD format can play, I probably should consider whether in the future as I BD (mpeg2) format. WMV is a very long time to stop exporting.

384x216 (for 16:9), 25 fps, 96 kbps / 44 Khz with CBR audio, video compression with variable bit rate (min. 500, max. 750 should be enough). This is acceptable between the size and quality. Should the picture be smaller - such as 182x108, etc. - can lower the data rate down to be set. The top would then actually no preference, which should therefore no longer be exploited.
Video compression with WMV should not be made with CBR, VBR only my experience ... painful. There is a two-or three-week-old thread that had the same problems ...

They are much smaller and streaming Flash runs beautiful.
