Frage von Susan:Hello,
I have a Canon MV800 camcorder of and when I wanted s.Wochenende filming, I was after some time on my display, "Eject" remove tape.
When I then wanted to make, I got the tape is not out.
The deck has responded synonymous, so a small piece of synonymous but really only a small piece went high and then not next.
After 3 sec, it is then driven back again.
I had nothing more to start: (
I would be very pleased if I one of you could give one piece of advice.
I am really very desperate.

Antwort von Markus:
Hi Susan,
nimm mal den Battery or AC adapter, wait one minutes and join him / it again. If you are lucky, then the cassette compartment then completely.
If that does not work, look in the manual whether the camcorder with a reset can be reset.
If the tape in the drive should have caught, it becomes more complicated. But that is only if the above advice does not help ... ;-)
Antwort von Susan:
Hi Markus,
the Battery, I have already removed.
But that has nothing in the instructions and is not synonymous of a reset button: (
Ach das is so annoying.
What reason would it be that the tape itself has stuck?
I just wanted to film: (
Well I hope you or you can send me more tips give.
Thank you Markus, for your quick response

Antwort von Markus:
What reason would it be that the tape itself has stuck? The static electricity could have been or condensation. In both cases, the tape short (or longer synonymous) s.der head drum band or other parts depend on and they may come to band salad and the drive can no longer tape in the cassette zurückfädeln. This is now no more crashes, then the tape drive for safety's sake is no longer published.
But this is only speculation, because I is not your camcorder in front of me and have therefore not synonymous (light-) can see whether it really has to do with it, the tape that he is no longer being made.

so condensation can not have been, static electricity is more then: (
