The Sony can be a synonymous, but only 3 seconds and synonymous reduced resolutions.
Processor is probably the bottleneck under heavy compression and storage media at high data rate.

Hab ne ne Z7 and S270 and both offer the slomo function. Settable are 3 / 6 or 12 Sec. Each level is reduced but the quality next.
