Hello dear forum
have the following problem: I want in a Videofile a detailed circular highlight. For about 4-5 sec
I would therefore like to focus on a particular detail in the Picture (in which case a person) should be targeted. It moves easily.
Since I usually work in Sony Vegas, I know how I would do it because:
Video track copy, with cookie-cutter on one track, select the desired section. Then the rest of "darkening" or similar. The procedure how to synonymous details verpixeln can.
Unfortunately I do not know how to do that in Avid Media Composer makes. Hat maybe someone a link to a tutorial or a thread that dealt with the problem.

Hi,
are several methods for, this is one on the paint effect:

Simply open title tool.

Select a border thickness.
fill in None.
and schwupps is because the district.
