Hello.
I'm at the SD707 and quite enthusiastic.
However, I still tinkering grad s.Workflow of converting.
The 1080p50 recording I want to keep it as original. Whether cut or uncut, I do not know. If I want nehalten cut it, I have to still looking for a suitable program, which handle 1080p50 and can save.
Now my real question:
1080p50 is not in the AVCHD - yet implemented in the Blue-Ray standard.
I would therefore like to convert for viewing in a compatible format. I think that's me, the best 720p50für because the resolution is sufficient for devices up to 50 "and I still have 50 frames for smoother operations.
How do you do it? 720p or 1080i even convert it into?

Just look at with the VLC. Which there is no preference whether 1080i or P
Editing with Edius Edius / NEO. Edition in 720P50.

Nobody needs more. As I have already written, I need the format to share the files. 1080p50 can not play everybody, so it is of - contrary to your logic - but people who need it.

Is it possible to cut the 1080p50. MTS file and export without losses again in 1080p50. MTS? The internal camera can separate scenes and delete parts of it. But that is destructive and has no UNDO!
