You probably are trying to open a mpeg-2 file to. This will unfortunately not be supported in older wmm so right.
What do you have for an OS?

changes in the video of the rear easy. avi and go to movie maker
then import the video and then the normal select (normal) and then under the file name select the filetype that with video files then it is funzt

movie maker and cut ... naja ...
synonymous changes as-your-ever movie files into eg dv pal, then you will have no problems. (but will likely lead to a deterioration of image quality, as fields, and pal ...)
And with what program to I convert?
