My question: Where I find this encoder ????.

I know that the AVI files I previously could convert, I did not. Well, then probably nothing will gelle? Is it to return so'n bekackte DivX file or something .... Even if it's not like you: this is an absolute no-go. Encore uses its own loader and there is something not foreseen.
