When you import file is only an error message that this file is not supported.
Is there a possibility this possible without quality loss on import?

Try renaming of *. vob to *. mpg

and if with the rename does not work, try tmpeg, then as to tools and to "simple Demultiplexer" .. then you will probably get ne ne mpg and ac3 file. if not in ac3 premiere would like, you can synonymous with "headac3he" into a wav. then should not grumble premiere.
