Infoseite // Imported video is black

Frage von sas_hh:

Hello.
Hab in Avid exported a video in quicktime.
When you import into Premiere CS3 is the video black.
If I import it into AE, he asked me to alpha mask, if I am going to ignore is the video to see.
Can I use in Premiere synonymous ignore the alpha channel?

Thanks in advance!

Can it be that you s.Mac and not s.Windows PC work? With the latter would have priority, AVI and MOV files are not required.

Yes, of course. However, I do not know how to import directly from the states but only how any transparency in the timeline removed. As you select the transparency of the clip (right click -> context menu) and disabled the default choice. Although it would be very time-consuming if there are many clips are.

hello and thank you first.
Ne has a PC.
It is fortunately only a Videofile, so it would be relatively easy.
Or I import it of AE, with that anyway, without problems.

And I thought we had it here with a real (!) Problem. ;-) Alternative for the conversion in AE it would be possible synonymous yes, the video again without alpha channel from Avid herauszurendern.
