Hello,
I have a small problem: My teacher is fun to say in front of the class, which I stink. Just a pity that I did not find funny. :-) In a conversation with my parents, he has denied the whole course.
And now was still synonymous with our teacher :-((( And for the 9th and 10th grade. Since I can remove the make up high school. It was to reach the termination :-)
But I'll need proof ... For example, a sound recording. Since I have SOWISO before, buy me a directional microphone that can plug the whole. But I'll need proof ... You would not get a dismissal, unless the teacher is not acceptable (right-wing, racist, etc.). That, he says, a student stink, possibly enough for a reference (Abmahneung)

I would blackmail him with a bluff. You just say you'd have taken him and confront him with it in an interview. This private conversation, but you take on really. You have to get him only so far that he declines to you, to have been taken up and apologized to the class or your parents. If he does not want to make partout, he indirectly admits when ingested Bluff conversation.

You do not have to like you! But for that you need courage and have a little build up the courage of your classmates.
Next time, if it drags on you, you stand on, and forbid him to denigrate you again. Whether you stink, I can not judge, of course, but in German you might have earned a five.

I for one am glad that the school is behind me and all the fiver in my diploma today are interested in anyone. However, I was reading this thread, the same idea as "mbd" and he would not have given you this tip, I would have done it.
Alternatively, you could see me, if you can help the student council or a trust teachers. Most likely, you're not alone with this problem.
