Hello,

Maybe it's synonymous ne beginner question, but I find no answer.
I want to work in After Effects 7 s.einer certain point in the film simply insert frames, so that everything in the timeline later is pushed backwards. Actually just as I do in Flash is synonymous with "F5-button" ... I have no desire to ever move everything individually, but this needs to go easier!
