Frage von Gubbel:Hello and Merry Christmas!
Modest question: I bought myself an Intensity Pro.
I capture the analog inputs of SD in with VirtualDub. The image quality and A / V sync are really excellent!
The video levels are set calibrated "standard". Some analog sources, the black-and white level but not exactly agree and I would need a proc amp ...
Can I adjust the intensity somewhere? Any cheap Bt878 card lets me adjust the levels in the Drivers - the intensity is not there this possibility. Also in the Control Panel dialog is there any settings ...

The card works with 10bit Yes - so far you can safely adjust the levels in the post.

hmm ...
However, only the 10bit color depth, right? In VirtualDub, I get in UYVY 4:2:2 720x576x25 ...
The histogram in VDub you can see that the map correctly synonymous digitizes the "super-black" and "super-white" areas (that is synonymous Y values of 0-16 and of 235-255). My cheap BT878 digitized only the upper edge region with (ie start of first with 16) and a Pinnacle 500 - USB only the visible area 16 235th ..
Specifically: total for old video tapes saturate white areas because of the video level is too high on the tape. For that I would need to stop proc amp feature!

10 bits are 10 bit dynamic range. This includes 10 bits for Y, at 10 bits and 10 bits for U to V. The best you draw with Media Express, then you get out 10Bit synonymous.
