Hello
I work long plate with an external solution s.meinem Mac Pro (Firewire 800 Lacie disk with 250 GB). Now I have heard that firewire 800 in speed only in a RAID, so with a minimum of 2 plates full auskostet. Then again, I hear that I am better but an internal panel with 10,000 revolutions growth, because I would be in principle faster than with an external solution.
Who is right? What do your video editing (yet seldom HD, but it is coming soon!)? Intern with super fast external disk, or rather from a RAID 2 Firewire disks build (eg two Lacie Big discs connect)? Did that have a Mac Pro Festplattenslot free ...
