after I help with the search function a lot of useful things found, but remained my real concerns unanswered. surely it is in one of the numerous threats in it, but I can not search within 45 minutes you can find.

following situation:
I did with my Hauppage HVR-1100 recorded something (about 70 minutes MPEG2 format 1.2 GB)
I had to find my previously used program TMPEG or VirtualDub only one of the available recording formats, namely, MPEG1 2MBit process.
I would now like to file from the rausschneiden advertising and the whole split into 2 files. However, I have neither time nor lust, with s.alles program in video and audio to separate tracks, with program b) (zb Cuttermaran) to deal with program and c) back together.
there because a funktionable freeware software, which is in one piece and can frame accurately wenns goes without tonverschiebungen?
if not, there a software (cheap) to download?
2. frage. I can win at the tv to choose between mpeg2 and svcd mpeg1 2Mbit
the latter, I could edit with TMPEG - at least, the test works. However, I had with the program earlier times, the problem that after saving the soundtrack is no longer approved and the building hinterherhing. However, I no longer know what I had for a source and what had a target format. if I mpegs1 2Mbit and then record the advertising rausschneide and then save - then I may happen again?
3. frage. what is the difference between MPEG1 and MPEG2 SVCD 2MBit? from her picture, I could feel no loss of quality. but it will certainly have a reason to give both formats.

Could happen. Ideal way to use for this purpose womble, or in the smaller German version Easymovie. But it cost 30 euros.

Mpeg1 2MB is a non-standard Mpeg1 fair because it anstat 1150 with 2000, looks better and s.Bildschim runs synonymous on most players. called synonymous with TMPGEnc MVCD
SVCD is with max 2350 and double height necessarily the better choice, it is synonymous with TMPGEnc bearbeuiten.

Whether the reason might be, was so trembling movements / twitch / shake when I use the file to burn a CD and play on my DVD player?

If you want to burn to CD then you need to SVCD (? 360X576 etc.)
Mpeg1 or take.

well, I burn as data CD. my dvd player has a File menu, so I am certain MPEGs etc. and select play.
used with the old MPEGs geklappt synonymous.
jetz hab ich halt ne video card and draw a lot s.dokus and so on - for days s.denen I had time to watch TV :-)

Then I suggest you compare times against the size of the old with the new videos and try to correct it. Your player is probably the "new" format is not.

jupp. seems so.
the old ones were 384 x 288
the new ones are 768 x 576
ratio is 4:3 in both - but apparently he is in high resolution with the expected no later :-(
is actually a Yamada DVX-6700 - because someone has experience with?

And Mpg's with 720x576, the others not too.

The mpeg1 files with 2 Mbps should probably really be bucking because it outside the norm is for VCDs. And the Resolutionist for a VCD and mepg1 too high. On a PC, these discs but run perfectly.
The second possible explanation would be that the fields are swapped. Also this can lead to bucking. Mpeg with 720x576 (or 768x576) take other people have - but not mpeg2 files and mpeg1, yes there is ok.
So I would prefer at times mpeg2 work if the card can be used. And if it jerky, just Halbbildfolge the exchange - in the simplest case, by the Halbbildflag implement because there are tools that (like the older versions of restream).
