Hi All,
I base just a company. We want to make small 5-10 minute clips, which can be viewed via streaming nacher on a website. The whole in very good quality (up to 512kbit streams, later synonymous like more).
For that I now possessed nothing except a Canon XM1. That means I need a basic configuration.
Because the production may not be expensive, and consists mainly of static situations such as interviews, I had the idea to film with 2 cameras so that no one should have full-time behind the cameras. This too is an implicit backup solution and now supports Premiere probably synonymous, that they nebeneinanderlegt the two images and forth between them, un-herschaltet. Ie 2 cameras are needed.
And now, a lot of questions:
[list] Which Camera? I think that I need HD, since the tail of a rat would have additional costs in post production. Fits the XL2 to XM1? Differences are expected in the Picture to make really noticeable?
Which mics? I understand that in no way XLR passes. I think that the XM1 would provide only the Zweitbild and records such as an XM2 with mics sound. Wireless Ansteckmikros would be nice, or submit an indicative micro? Or a combination of both? Again, I would like to dispense with solutions that dedicated of a person to be served.
Tripods?
Cases for the equipment?
What light system, choose one that is reasonably portable?

Hello Marc,
since you've got quite a great deal! I think the XL2 would fit the image characteristics of the XM1, especially since one can extend the XM2 with the microphone adapter MA-300 XLR connections at that. Detriment of the MA-300: It provides no phantom power available, ie, the choice is limited s.Mikrofonen.
An alternative to the MA-300 would be an XLR adapter of
Beachtek. Die gibt es synonymous with Phantomspeisung and sie passen s.jeden Camcorders with Klinken-Mikrofonanschluss. Allerdings brauchst Du keine XLR -Verbindungen, wenn Du ein Richtmikrofon direkt auf den Camcorders setzt. Erst bei längeren (> 2 m) Übertragungswegen macht die Symmetrie Sinn.
Ich hoffe, Dir ist klar, dass die Tonqualität

Thanks you for the tips. Man, I'll have no idea of all this, and that it has an XLR phantom power adapter and the other is not still a bit high for me. When I use wireless microphones, then yes, the distance between camera and base station is minimal. Is it worth it because XLR? You spoke of a manual level. Can I switch to a device between Camera and Micro or is it the same as the XLR adapter?
Pans are clearly not the domain for the Internet. I'd stop thinking that the round and jumping between two perspectives with two cameras already brings something Dynamics. These two perspectives can indeed synonymous change at intervals in between times.

We really only Intervies filmed with a camera, the questions of the reporter can adjust synonymous.

Neither. I would take s.Kabel two Ansteckmikros. Each disqualify a sound channel of the camera, one manual (air dry) and then hope that the people behind is not much quieter or louder. That would have to go synonymous unbalanced, as long as the cable short. The second camera gets to create their sound through the micro-camera that you need to. Next level would stop the small mixer and the second man

For example, a microphone is to me synonymous not yet met. But microphone cable with XLR on one side and 6.3 mm TRS (= stereo jack) on the other Page on several occasions. ;-)
