Frage von oliman:As myself Service@jvc.de not reply to my question, do I sign up now for you.
Can someone tell me how much the minimum illumination in lux of the camcorder is?
Hope you can help me
Antwort von Markus:
Hello,
even if I'm going to say now that for this JVC model (once adopted) 3 Lux indicate, then this value is hardly true. The Manufacturer is generally given a lower illuminance than you actually need to create a recognizable video image.
And that in turn, says nothing about the achievable image quality, synonymous because a recognizable video image can be significantly rushing.
And last but always remains only the tip with the video light for bright, colorful and noise-free pictures ... ;-)

Thank you.

I think that is a good thing as it does JVC. Pointless Luxzahlen in the consumer world indicate like Sony is really like to make mischief.
The majority has no idea how much light is 3 lux - in principle, almost nothing. 20-30 lux is very subdued Leselampenlicht at 5-10 lux where already a large part of the 1 / 6 "CCD class cheap only produce a black picture, there is not something of Noise. With 3 Lux is the screen without light or night program definitely black with these camcorders. Even a MV 500i has ausgeleuchten with white spots (definitely were more than 10 lux, only one produced grieseln, GS 500 had satisfactory target.
I had even tried recently in a club with the GS 500 without lights and night program nor any atmospheric Picture to receive. Although green & red lights radiated isolated, the rest was dark, the GS 500 has only a black picture shown.
PS: There JVC no official Luxzahlen for the MG to 505.
Mark is absolutely right.
