Hello together,
following, I would like to know. I have of my training (Media Designer Picture and sound) a lot s.Bildmaterial collected, which I then have rotated as a cameraman.
This material I have on a DVD demo and cut together with music composed.
The DVD is handy for me as a cameraman for companies to advertise.
My question: Is such a demo DVD, which I only certain companies to send application allows music to be used, otherwise the s.sich Gema and is subject to license?
It is not a public and commercial project.

Hi Sebastian,
This problem I had synonymous. I had of the shooting and made this video with music from computer games matching entertained. The whole was so good that I have such clips beside my own film projects, wanted to make. I wanted to edit the clips in place purely MyVideo and of the online application site at this link, but I have read the rules, which forbid it and stood in front of the dilemma. Many people are without clean videos but to remember what their rights are being violated so or not.

Laws are changing and not always after 7 years.
Legally, it is prohibited to Gema agents to distribute audio files.
Example: In our community will Sermons on tape and CD spellbound. This is only permitted without music, if not Gema fee is paid.
